Live purchases are not open yet

The main website is business information only. Sandbox checkout on our separate staging app uses Stripe test mode and does not take real money.

Help with an existing test order

Include your order reference and the email address used for sign-in. If useful, include the registration and a description of the issue. Use the same sign-in email to open saved reports. If payment appears successful but a report is unavailable, contact us before trying another checkout.

Cancellation or refund requests

A cancellation request does not need a reason. For a delivery problem, report defect or duplicate charge, describe what happened so we can investigate. See our service terms for the proposed approach before launch.

Keep private information private

Never send card details, passwords, one-time sign-in links or API keys. We do not need them to investigate an order.
